This Arbor Day, our team had the privilege of returning to Princeton’s historic Greenway Meadows Park—but not just to care for the trees. We came with a purpose rooted in learning, growth, and stewardship.
At Princeton Tree Care, Arbor Day isn’t just about planting or pruning—it’s about progressing. That’s why we used this opportunity to train, teach, and empower our crew through hands-on experience in the field.
A Day of Training and Progress
The day’s work went beyond standard tree care. Our crew practiced:
- Climbing and rigging techniques
- Proper pruning and deadwood removal
- Safe lowering methods
- Hands-on use of specialized machinery like the spider lift and bucket truck
Each team member had a chance to push their limits, build confidence, and sharpen their skills with guidance from seasoned arborists.
Why It Matters
Tree care is both a science and a craft. By investing in our crew’s growth, we’re raising the standard for safety, precision, and professionalism. The more we learn, the better we serve our community—and the trees we protect.
Honoring Arbor Day with Action
We’re proud to celebrate Arbor Day by giving back to our team and the environment. It was an honor to care for the trees at Greenway Meadows and carry out our mission of progress through purpose.
